RouteAhead
RouteAhead is the 30-year roadmap for public transit in Calgary. It identifies future investment in transit and answers important questions like:
- How do our customers want us to improve the customer experience?
- Where are we going to expand rapid transit service?
- What are the principles underpinning fares?
- What service investments are required to deliver improvements?
RouteAhead is based on other long-term plans like the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and Calgary Transportation Plan (CTP). The MDP describes the vision for growth over the next 60 years and the CTP includes the transportation policies that will help guide Calgary towards the MDP vision over 30 years.
